ORACLE TEAM USA has started the countdown to launching its first AC72 wingsailed catamaran this week.

A Media Day is planned for Friday 31 August, the first scheduled sailing day for the boat that will play a central role in the San Francisco team’s bid to win the America’s Cup again next year.

ORACLE TEAM USA COUNTS DOWN TO THE LAUNCH OF FIRST AC72

By the end of the month, ORACLE TEAM USA expects to have tested and launched the first of its two AC72 wingsail catamarans planned for the defense of the 2013 America’s Cup.

The extreme performance sailboat is the creation of ORACLE TEAM USA’s design, engineering and build teams.

As everybody may imagine, it is possible as time elapsed, to watch more and more interesting photos of the big cat. This allows us to focus our observation on different elements of the boat.

UN NUEVO OD 27, EL NUMERO 23 “CUERVO”

Un nuevo CORUM OD 27, tomará parte de la clase a partir de Agosto de este año, su nombre “CUERVO” de los hermanos Cachaza.

Es un orgullo que esta clase que con tanta humildad formamos hace ya 5 años tenga 23 barcos construidos y salidos del Astillero Corum Yachts Argentina, de los cuales 5 unidades hay en Chile, 1 en Peru, 1 en Uruguay y 1 en Antillas Holandesas los demas estan en Argentina aunque varias en el interior del pais.
